Remeber, Katherine Harris is a "Progressive Conservative"

And yet here you are, wanting a freaking commie liberal in office.

Instead, she gave a positive message of achieving dreams and an expression of thanks to supporters.

A positive message is very good news! I think she might win!

>>Voting to allow 3rd term abortions is a BIG 'no-no' in this state. His vote and position on the Estate Tax is a negative also.<<

If that is as true as you have stated, it will hurt Nelson greatly, but at this point it will not derail him .
Katherine is very weak at this point, these Nelson No-no's are not strong enough to knock him out !

But I cannot speak for Florida Voters, which are are apparently a very mixed lot !

Imagine how they will react if she wins the senate seat and then runs for President.

>>If Harris could win Florida, she will be a candidate for president in eight years.<<

She would be elegible for running for President in six years(2012), but that is cutting it close .

Let's not count all of our chickens before they are hatched !

Count me in for a donation to the Harris campaign. Wish I could do more from here.

Hi, Julie......just sent in my contribution and asked to be put on her e-mailing list. I'm already discussing her candidacy with my friends and neighbors here in my area on the coast just north of Clearwater.

Tell Katherine we love her here!

If the Democrats do regain the Senate, it'll be in large part because Katherine Harris, Conrad Burns, and Bob Taft care only about their personal ambitions.

Of all the Republicans who considered running against Bill Nelson, Katherine Harris has both the highest level of name recognition and the lowest level of support.

I'll bet that Bill Nelson is already drafting his victory speech.

Sorry that I lumped you with the well named hit man who is flying a NV flag even though he gives the impression of being in NY.

Yes KH has a tough fight but she now officially has the FL GOP (including JEB who is very popular) behind her......that counts alot.

She's been considered the 'underdog' in every campaign she's ever run.....the FL Legislature, FL Sec. of State & the US Congress & she has come through.

Martinez did it against all odds & she can as well.

Hopefully the Florida Marriage referendum will be on the ballot in Nov. and that will help to bring out the GOP conservative vote.
