The Slimes, being the patriots and concerned citizens that they are, never miss an oppurtunity to fill in the blanks when facts are absent.
Looks like something the 'rats can and will sink their teeth into.
I really have liked Mike Corona. I wonder if the LA Times and Dems are not trying to whip this up and bring him down. "Taken individually these things are insignificant' -- 'He refused to be interviewed by the LA Times because in the past we have misrepresented him.'
I might have to give him money for his next run. Anyone the Times hates I have to support.

Carona's my hero! I hope this is just a dem smear campaign that comes to nothing. He seems so decent.

I've heard Mike Carona speak at our church, and he has had very pro-gun articles published in the California Rifle and Pistol Association's magazine. He's a perfect and tempting target for the radical left to try and take down.
I hope his friends and supporters stay right behind him!
Three things are certain when this type of opinion piece masquerades in the LA Times as a legitimate "news" story.
1) Liberals are desperate.
2) Facts are not in evidence to substantiate the allegations.
3) The opposite is probably true if the facts were scrutanized.
A classic LAT smear using time honored methods.
That's right. He's a great guy. I'm not buying any smear campaign from the LEFTIES in California. They don't like guns, they don't like conservatives, they don't like law-and-order, they don't like Bush, they don't like Rove -- and they start sliming and smearing.
Well, I for one am not going to listen. I like Corona and he gets my vote.
