There's just gotta be another Reagan out there somewhere to run in 2008.
I was 15 years old on his inauguration... you could "feel" things were about to change for the better.
He's right about Reagan, but the party politics may be a little more complicated. The Republicans are the party of lower taxes, but apparently less spending depends on strong party competition, not just on electing one party over the other.
