Thanks for the correction. It is more specific. Sadly, the Democrats today fall in that category.

"Yesterday ElBaradi met with cheif diplomat from Iran who 'asked for more time' which of course he was granted (ElBaradi refusing to issue a condemnation requested by the EU)."Elbareidi= quid pro quo. The US tried having him removed as head of the IAEA after DPRNK announced he's as blind as Blixie and they DO have nukes. We failed of course.

Actually I hope they are also moving their nuclear assets. My guess is that the very public statements in recent weeks have been to stir up the pot so to speak -- have them move their nuke materials to "safer places".
It is the movement that we are better able to track with both satellite and human resources on the ground. There might be a hundred possible sights, but the ones that are all of a sudden abuzz with trucks coming and going are probably the ones we are interested in.

There is no processing plant you can put underground that doesn't have to have a way for people to get in and out, a way to get air in and out and a way to get equipment in and out.Correct. We really don't have to rubble the workspace itself, we just have to shatter the tunnels or elevator shafts that give air and access. Let those trapped below starve to death or be smothered.
OTOH, we could be 100% sure if we used the neutron bomb...oh wait. Jimmy "Mr Peanut" Carter is supposed to have had them dismantled. I hope Ronny was bright enough to have a few reassembled under cover.

Actually, I think the Dems will be screaming that we should be energy independent and do more drilling in Alaska.

I think things will get really serious if the USAF starts moving B-52's to Diego Garcia--and bring along with them the AGM-129 Advanced Cruise Missile armed with W-80 200 kT nuclear warheads.I don't think anybody is seriously considering irradiating the second larget oil fields in the world. The Neutron would be the safest bet IMHO. Vaporize all living flesh, leave all structures and plants untouched and walk into empty cities inside of 4 days to take over. Deep bunker? Neutron radiation goes all the way to the earths core with killing power.
To: Rutles4Ever
I never understood why Iran didn't just focus on toppling Pervez Musharraf. Seems like an easier way to get nukes.

Bingo! And thanks to our wonderful congress ANWR is still at least 3 years from the first drop coming to America. Democrats and RINOS the cause of an oil shortage in America!

The AGM-129's will be aimed specifically at military sites and nuclear production facilities, NOT any oil production facilities.

Anyone that thinks that we don't have something to tear them to hell is fooling themselves. I agree we've got the hammer, but I don't think we've got an intelligence community that knows where the nails really are.

Neutron bombs don't kill by vaporizing flesh, they kill by giving everyone radiation poisoning.
Not a pleasant way to go.

The Arabs have been talking up gold since 9/11. I think they want an Islamic dollar.I think they all do that because Mohammed said compounding interest investment instruments are the devils work. blah blah blah.

Actually, according to my father-in-law with the Ph.d in nuclear physics, if you're under the bomb on the surface when it goes off in the atmosphere, you get vaporized. If you're underground....then you die of radiation poisioning. But you're right, it wouldn't be fun in either case.
