And frankly, I hear Al Gore make those kinds of comments I'm just reminded of how fortunate we are that he didn't get elected in 2000.

Gotta love that line. Gore went nuts because he lost an election. Could you imagine how mentally unhinged he would become having to fight a war? Life and death decisions. Unpopular decisions. Having to rely on experts instead of being the smartest guy in the room. Having his own party calling for surrender. He'd be looney tunes, certifiable.
