Tehran is planning a nuclear weapons test before the Iranian New Year on March 20, 2006 says a group opposed to the regime in Tehran. The Foundation for Democracy citing sources in the U.S and Iran offered no further information.

Whether it is true or not (I have my doubts) there is no way to hide a nuclear test.
If they set one off, whether underground or atmospheric, it will be detected within a few minutes to a few seconds.

Why would they of been buying cruise missiles from the Ukraine that are designed specifically for delivering nuclear payloads?
