Yes, the true leaders who led to the election of Shia Islamists closely allied to Iran in Iraq, the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, and Hamas in Gaza. Tell me again how you're helping us win the War on Terror by letting terrorists get elected?

A suicide terrorist from Iranian & Syrian supported Islamic Jihad detonated his terrorism explosive charge in southern Tel Aviv at approximately 3:45PM, injuring 15 people, while at the same time Iran's Ahmadinejad was meeting with Syria's Assad in Damascus. Nothing in the Middle-East happens by accident.

No one was killed in the attack, but 31 were wounded, 13 of them were still hospitalized as of Friday morning & one Israeli is in moderate-to-serious condition.

Well, I'm touched you think so highly of my - admittedly, well-informed - opinion. It's good to know I have fans.

We went into Iraq in part to ensure that the heart of the Middle East did not remain under the domination of an odious dictator, yet our policies from April 2003 are guaranteeing precisely the continued domination of Iraq by dictatorship, Iranian rather than Saddamite. Supporting an Iraqi government run by Shia Islamists is enabling Iran to become regional hegemon; Iran's current audacity about its nuclear program is in large part because we depend on its proxies and our hands are tied in Iraq.

Immediately after World War II, Patton wanted to rearm two divisions of Waffen SS and incorporate them into the Third U.S. Army. Once the Nazis were destroyed, he never took his eyes off the real enemies: the totalitarian Soviet empire. Patton said, "We can drive the Red Army back to Russia. With my Germans, we are capable of doing it." Get it?

That was a great summary of material you have already covered in this thread. My question to you was/ still is- "What should the US do next?"

"Iran's current audacity about its nuclear program is in large part because we depend on its proxies..."

That would be EU...

They and the Security Council sway way more US favor than recent Iraqi elections, lol!

I just answered your question. It's not my fault if you're too obtuse to see it.

It's either retreat or engage. Like the MSM, Lejes Rimul got an anti-Bush spin no matter what.

"I want to know why we didn't expand into Iran and/or Syria two years ago. Why just patch one of the holes in a boat that's leaking in several places?"

Taking it one step at a time. Need for Iraq to be able to handle their terrorists mostly by themselves.

Israel and the US aren't the only ones against nukes in Iran. In time, perhaps even Saudi Arabia would support toppling an agressive Iran.

I wouldn't doubt it. I didn't know the date was settled on the 15th. I wonder if it's too late for them to decide on the Yuan instead?

I think he's saying we should arm a Sunni Iraqi army to send against Iran.

Correct?

Which is about the silliest thing I've read on FR for quite some time.

I see that we have pictures of the Hitler and Mussolini of the 21st Century. What a couple of rodents! I don't think it is coincidence that the bombing in Tel Aviv happened during the meeting between the 21st Century Haman and his Syrian lap dog.

That's right, this heinous act of highly organized terror was timed in the most diabolical way to coincide exactly with the two Mohammedan beasts meeting in Damascus, shared international, jihadist terrorist headquarters - with Tehran.

The new PM's response to this attempt at mass murder, which did injury over 30 Israelis, must equal the this fiendish crime against humanity.
