More nanny government.  They started out by pushing cigarette taxes through the roof "in an effort to stop teenagers from smoking."  Sound familiar?

Did you see the story today about some group suing to cease commercials for sweetened cereals? They are baaaaad for kids.

Here we go. Remember the Marlboro Man commercials? They stopped those, and look where we are now with the nanny state cigarette bans.

How long do you think it will be before someone tries to use cigarette ban precedent to try to push "bad foods" bans?
