He won't reapply. He has no need for it and a law license is like an anvil around the neck of a guy like Xlinton.

Will he bill by the hour? Does that include time when his mind may wonder onto to my case while Monica is ministering to him?

The best part would be if he applies and is denied a license because he has been utterly unrepentant about what he did.

Unfortunately, unlike many states, Arkansas does not require an applicant petitioning for reinstatement of a suspended license to provide evidence of good character, competence and fitness. As their rule reads, it sounds pretty automatic that the license will be reinstated once the period of suspension is over.

Has he ever left? Maybe a different species of shark but sharks nonetheless.

I wouldn't have a problem with him getting his license back. I think he has paid his dues for the Monica lie. I say that as someone who thought he should have been impeached and convicted for it.

parsy, the forgiving.

Fine, let him get his license back...and then let him deal with all the problems having to live up to a state's code of legal ethics cause him...so he can get his license suspended again...

Just read this. Yesterday, Hitlery was shrewishly calling the Bush Admin the most corrupt. Today's news explains why she's suffering post-PMS.
