It'll turn out to be Ronald Reagan's fault and/or the fault of at least one Arkansas Republican conspiring with corporate blood interests.

I think we can rest assured that Bubba's role will be eliminated, replaced with a "fictionalized" Republican character, or Billary will somehow will be transformed into the movie's hero.
