This speech is an extension of Pelosi's 'culture of corruption' cry.
This is the only thing the libDems seem to have that might be working. If they cry it over and over it will sink in, because most of the general public only hear the 30-second summaries on the evening news.
[GW and the GOP need to get an effective PR and get out in front of all these unfounded allegations. These allegations do sink in; they fester; and they become perceived as truth. Goebbels knew that and used that, too.]
