I rather enjoyed this quote:
"If being associated, however remotely, with attempts at humor that don't turn out to be very funny is enough to place a public figure beyond the pale, the Democrats had better stay away from Al Franken."

He had a substance abuse problem, and had no choice but to survive by crimeBoy you got that right - definitely a problem inflicted on so many in this great country by those evil Republicans! /sarcasm I am only to glad the concealed weapon took this person out of circulation and didn't make the rest of us pay for his time in prison.

"Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean says no Democrat lawmakers took money from lobbyist Jack Abramoff -- 'not one, not one single Democrat.' " He's on hard drugs.

Perhaps we need to send Howard the list of ALL of the damned Dems, who took money from Abramoff. :-)

That was me!
I described Liberalism.
Liberalism is a mental illness.
This was long before Savage wrote a book with the same title

Great photo of the idiot. I wish I had someway to put this on a giant board in front of the whole senate. The way he put those slanderous quotes and lies on a giant board during the hearings hoping it would slime and embarrass judge ALITO! I despise the Rats and Ted Kennedy for treating this decent man so disrespectfully this week!
To: Democratshavenobrains
I don't think they knew. And I don't think they really expected that Senator Kennedy would actually do something like that. Senators don't expect their colleagues to lie or deceive them.
Specter was genuinely upset with Kennedy about Kennedy's charge about the letter.

I'm starting to suspect Ted Kennedy might have once had a drinking problem. I sure hope he doesn't do anything risky, like drive a car with another passenger inside. ;)

I know someone who blames Ronald Reagan for killing his brother. While Reagan was governor of California, he supported releasing certain people from mental institutions; this guy was released and killed this person's brother. So it was Reagan's fault, even though this was a movement that began in the 20's as i recall.
