All I can say is Vermont can go F#*@ itself.

Oh yeah, send the perp to me. I guarantee he will never, EVER cost the taxpayer one thin dime, but will surely think about what he did.

Oh, and send that mentally deranged judge along too!!

They do things a bit differently in Ohio:

LIFE SENTENCE FOR CHILD RAPIST

The teenager that pleads guilty to raping a child will serve life in prison. Kenneth Kaufman, 19, went before a judge in Belmont County court Monday morning and learned his fate. The prosecutor, Chris Berhalter, said the sentence is prescribed by the statute for this offense, based on the actions of Kaufman and the age of the child.

Kaufman was accused of raping a boy back in March 2005, and police said it happened more than once.

When the Barnesville native originally went to court his attorney filed a motion claiming Kaufman wasn't competent to stand trial. But earlier this month he pleaded guilty to raping the little boy. "Now, that may seem like a harsh sentence," said Berhalter. "Our office believes that anyone that would rob a child of their innocence, in our opinion, deserves such a sentence."

Kaufman won't be eligible for parole until the year 2021. By then Kaufman will be 34 years old. He will get credit for time served.
