Blast from the Past. When we were kids, our eyes popped out whenever we saw one.

One of the awesome specs I remember: Miura's "reverse" gear was synchronized up to 20-30 mph.

Early 70's Kawasakis 900 and 750 were 2-Stroke screamers and were Lime Green.......

front end of a Ford GT

I got the opportunity to drive a Ford-GT. Hell of a car. But for regular every day driving? I would not trade it for the Vette.

I with you on the C-2 but I want a 64... It took them 42 years to make another one that looked good (2006) with the non-popup headlights.

I hope they produce the Challenger. Sweet looking car, true to it's heritage. The Nova and Charger were pretty weak re-designs, but the Challenger looks like a winner to me!

I dunno... looks too retro to me.... doesn't really break any styling ground at all.

First of all, the color is hideous, unless you like recycled frozen Margaritas.

The nose looks too short and not wide enough - but it could be the angle. The shape has no feel to it. Looks like it just popped off a computer screen rather than sheet metal stretched skin tight over howling mechanicals.

The rear brake duct scoop is completely wrong - It looks upsidedown.

The wheels are awful. These is some attention paid to the original design, but these look like a couple of hair driers bolted to a hub. There is no curve to them at all.

And the worst part is the front valence. Awfull!!!

Lest we have forgotten:

Jeremy Clarkson is an anti-American ass, but when he sticks to cars, he's an entertaining writer. This was his piece on the Veyron: http://driving.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,12529-1890873,00.html

More like an Opel GT front grafted to a Porsche 914 rear to me.

my 2nd car ever was a used 1981 Arrest Me Red Mazda Rx-7....I simply couldn't kill the thing.

It was great for chicks in high school, though it was crowded....
I remember it like it was yesterday...the reclining seats, open moonroof, a little redheaded cutie with a wine cooler...Oh, for my misspent youth...
