Lebanon: Sweep nets Al-Qaeda suspects

Beirut, 13 Jan. (AKI)- Lebanese security forces have arrested 13 people suspected of being members of the al-Qaeda network. The men - seven Syrians, four Lebanese, one Saudi and one Palestinian - were picked up two weeks ago but authorities only announced their arrest on announced on Friday.
