PA Amber Alert - Pittsburgh PD
Allegheny Co, City of Pittsburgh, 2:55 AM, Black Female Age 1 Dk Hair, 30 LBS, Blue jean pants , pink top. Abducted by Black Male Age 29 YOA, Last Seen in older white Lincoln SDN, unknown direction of travel.
The Pennsylvania State Police has issued an Amber Child Abduction Alert for Pittsburgh Police Department, Allegheny County.
Pittsburgh Police Department is searching for Rahsann Coles, black female, 1 year of age, black hair, 30 pounds in weight, wearing blue jeans and a pink top. She was last seen at 207 Edmond Street, Pittsburgh, Pa Allegheny County at 2:55 AM.
She was reported abducted by a Todd D. Ballard, black male, age 29, 6’2” in height, 200 pounds, black hair, brown eyes operating a older white Lincoln sedan, unknown direction of travel.
Anyone with information about the abduction should immediately contact the police by calling 911.
This has been an Amber Child Abduction Alert for the Pittsburgh Police Department, Allegheny County.
Affected Counties: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Armstrong, Washington,Westmoreland, Greene, Fayette, Somerset

PITTSBURGH - A woman was found shot to death and police were searching for her 10-month-old daughter Friday morning.
Police said they believe Rahsaan Coles was taken by her father, Todd D. Ballard, 29, sometime before 3 a.m., when the girl's mother was found dead in her home. The girl was last seen wearing blue jeans and a pink top at her home in the city's Bloomfield neighborhood.
Investigators were at the home early Friday looking for clues into the death of the mother, Jamie Coles, 24.
If the abductor and kidnapper are the same the reason for Amber Alert is obvious even if this suspect is the child's father. Abuductor has a "human shield" should he resist arrest.

BTTT! I, too, saw this about 15 mins ago on TV, thanks for posting. Prayers sent for all. The scroll across the bottom of the TV led me to believe the little girl was a bit older. I pray they find her unharmed.

Pennsylvania State Police issued cancellation of Amber Alert at 11:07 AM as the child has been found UNHARMED.
