10 minutes with some flexibility, DiFi asks for 20 minutes and Specter grants it.
DiFi is on Intelligence Committee? Bwahahahaha, Oh My God!!
Okay, bad joke. I knew it. Anyway, she's going to go down the same Congress/Executive balance reflected in AUMF, NSA/FISA and other actions relating to the War on Terror. Yawner in this venue.

DiFi wants to talk about the President's Plenary authority as Commander-in-Chief.
Why doesn't she just stand up and scream that the libs can't stand that they don't have any power any more?

she borrowed Upchucks constitution book. Wait it doesn't have pictures so she probably got it from someone else.

Have you noticed that the Dems and the far-left have totally given up on the anti-Catholic stuff they used during the circuit court hearings...Alito would give U.S. high court Catholic majority
This little tidbit came out last night courtesy of al Reuters. Someone at DNC headquarters must think Catholic bashing will gain some traction.

The debate is academic at this point, so we'll just disagree. Not important in any event. I like both Roberts and Alito, I suspect the discussion is similiar to those that debate Scalia vs Thomas. We're just blessed to have (soon) all four.

I don't see how this subject relates to a confirmation hearing.
Feinstein is playing to her voting block and the DUmmies.

Funniest post of the Day!!Same old, same old. The dems. pile out of their clown car, throw the pail of water at Judge Alito, realize it's confetti, jump back into their clown car, and drive off for a break. Although I do expect kennedy to eventually try to put his head in a lion's mouth for excitement on their side.
