Please guys....get real. This is simply your Nuclear Regulatory Agency at work. Draw out all of the cattle and horse kills...note how they all circle western states for the most part. You can't find any in Maine or New Hampshire. Note that you don't find this in other countries. These dudes run around with their toys, and kill cattle and horses to check for radiation fallout...and will continue for years to come. Its the only way they can have a scientific guess as to what the nuke testing has done. They certainly wouldn't go out and buy cattle...because you can't really tell "where" they grazed.
