Granted I haven't listened to every second of the hearings, but I don't think Kelo has been mentioned even once. And that astounds me!

I've noticed that too. Not necessarily a good sign, but I haven't researched Alito opinions on that subject.

Yes, Sen Brownback just brought it up. In his closing sentence he said he 'hoped it would be revisited'. His meaning was obvious.
