Yes, Sen Brownback just brought it up. In his closing sentence he said he 'hoped it would be revisited'. His meaning was obvious.

Well, that's nice and I'm glad he mentioned it. But, earth to Sen. Brownback, why do you have to wait for SCOTUS to revisit it?!

Kelo is a state's rights issue.

Frankly, I prefer it remain there.

The federal government has taken too much upon itself as it is.

Abortion, if overturned, will also be a state's rights issue.
