Ashcraft on cspan1 .. supports Alito and defending the wiretapping
Ooops .. there goes another Dem argument
How's that? Someone the Left hates just defended someone else the Left hates...I see your point, Mo...but we are talking about the Left. Logic doesn't seem to factor in to their "thinking".

Kennedy wore an earpiece so this guy could feed him questions when Brit had to testify?????????
OMG
No wonder they accused the president of wearing an earpiece during the debates last year. Remember that? They were projecting.

Hmmm,
Stalking Specter
[Kathryn Jean Lopez 01/11 02:05 PM]
Everyone watching the hearings on TV or in person could see Arlen Specter being approached (and seemingly not at all happy about it) as soon as he got up from his seat for lunch. That man was a Kennedy staffer, James Flug, who Bob Novak wrote about here in August (http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/08/25/teddys.man/) about the Kennedy-Flug campaign against Bill Pryor among others.

Tip O'Neill refused to let Representatives take off their suit jackets in the House Chamber in the heat of summer. Standards have slipped pretty drastically in just the past few years. I hate to blame everything on Bubba Clinton, but that is partially his fault. Good for Tip. I'm glad Presidents Bush and President Reagan maintained the tradition of not removing their suit coats in the Oval Office, as opposed to Clinton, who wore workout clothes there. Disgusting.

"Why do dems do stupid things like putting on caps, helmets and bunnysuits?"
Because they are stuck in the era of their Reagan mentality. To this day, the dummies believe that Reagan was successful because of slick packaging and a good public image. They still refuse to accept that maybe he actually had IDEAS that resonated with the American people.

They are feeding the MSM with sound bites in the hope of generating a buzz from the folks that only watch the 6:00 news. The 2:30 news break on by local Rush station ran a story about how "committee Democrats are asking for a subpoena for papers concerning a controversial Princeton conservative group".
That's ALL this is about.

I believe this is the in-the-hole syndrome that Teddy has been infected. He keeps trying to dig himself out of it :)

Have an illustration of the hind-end of a horse with the tail raised slightly (easiest way to describe without getting downright vulgar) and title it "Washington: From Under the Tail".

No girls in those days at Archmere and for many years more. If I am not mistaken, Biden also attended grades 4-8 at St. Edmonds Academy, which also enrolled boys only.

Now Kohl is suggesting Alito will overturn Roe--Alito says he will follow 2-step process: stare decisis and --missed it--but gave good answer. Kohl is trying to put words in Alito's mouth. Hope Alito doesn't let him. Alito now talking about cases he might get--and won't talk further about this. Good!

the transcript of Wolf Blitzer's Situation Room will be a must read when it's posted. Jeffries of Human Events, and also a Princeton grad, had a FANTASTIC dust up with Paul Begala about Ted Kennedy's ethics, the CAPS papers, and Judge Alito.
I was so transfixed I forgot to take notes, but I'll post the exchange on the Daily Thread when it's available.

Dang.
How did I miss it. The Roberts ones were hystericcally funny.
I'll go check the wbsite to see if he has it there. Don't get 24/7.
