In other words, if unemployment is too high, then a judge should ignore the law and decide the case in favor or the "working man."
Is it just me or do comments like this seem so outrageous that they are absolutely scary in their implications? Thank God Kennedy will never be a judge.

No one polled ME! ;) Actually, these two keep their mouths shut, then conduct their nefarious deeds behind Wisconsin voters backs...Kohl by standing around with his hands in his pockets, doing nothing and Feingold by subverting the security of America whenever and wherever he can. I had to turn the TV off yesterday morning when Fat Teddy was on. The man physically makes me ill when I hear his voice or see his mug.
The entire Kennedy clan is a 'charity case' when old man kennedy died, they paid .10% the taxes on inheritance the rest of us would have. Yet Teddy, keeps oral flatulating about taxation for the rest of us.
