I would have thrown this suit out, too. Anyone who has an affair with a married person is pretty much incapable of being "defamed," as far as I'm concerned.

Flowers should have said that the stress caused by the Clintons, Steffie, and Carville abuse and lies made her unable to realize her dream of handing out condoms to elementary school kids-- the Ninth Circuit would have been on her side 100%!
