ALITO CONFIRMATION HEARINGS
Questioning Begins Today
Each of the eighteen senators on the Judiciary Cmte. will have 30 minutes to question Supreme Court nominee Samual Alito today during round one. Sen. Arlen Specter, as chairman, will begin, then they will alternate by party in order of individual seniority. Round two starts on Wednesday.

You can include Biden and Schumer on that list also. No matter what Alito says in his testimony, they will vote against him.
So, why are we having these hearings? Do we really need to spend all this money just to give the Senators face time? Never mind, I know the answer.
Notice how no matter how well Alito explains his decisions, Kennedy repeats his contention that his decision was wrong?
I'm watching her closely and it does seem to be an intentional thing... She really is doing it on purpose, it seems.
