I'd like to ask the Harvard admissions board why they readmitted Ted Kennedy after he had been expelled TWICE for cheating.

What Kennedy did not mention is that in addition to his statistical conclusions, Professor Sunstein also found that "Judge Alito's opinions are carefully reasoned, well-done, attentive to law, lawyerly, and unfailingly respectful to his colleagues," adding, "the law, fairly interpreted, could well be taken to support" Alito's view.
Ha!....That sounds like the Swimmer....

Right, and the guy admits it was rushed and that it didn't necessarily mean the decisions were "wrong", law-wise. I bet alot of liberal judges could be tarnished with this same method. It would be great if someone could do the same analysis on a liberal judge, get the same or worse result, and send it the the esteemed members of the committee.

:-) That's why Schumer couldn't leave off of Roberts. At least he didn't impale himself as badly as the ever deranged Joe Biden.

How is it perjury to say you can't remember something? They're losers.
