ALITO CONFIRMATION HEARINGS
Questioning Begins Today
Each of the eighteen senators on the Judiciary Cmte. will have 30 minutes to question Supreme Court nominee Samual Alito today during round one. Sen. Arlen Specter, as chairman, will begin, then they will alternate by party in order of individual seniority. Round two starts on Wednesday.
Hillary actually looks very ill too.
No offense ... but you must have had a lousy looking tree. :)
ha. It was awful It was to short and dried up too fast
but had a curious ring of sap about 1/3 of the way up the stump.
next year I'll go cut my own.
LOL Oh maggief!
Do take note that Alito isn't using notes .. Diane is
I been watching here and blogging the stupider comments being made by the Dimocrats. Lo and behold my blog made the New York Slimes!!

My blog is OpiniPundit
She's pathetic! Her little "ohhhhh kaaaay" was supposed to be dismissive. Give it up F-swine, your out of your league.
The Dems have read the tea-leaves and they know they are losing. I hear that the quote from the MSNBC babe about them "not laying a glove" on Alito, has got them ginned up for the later sessions.
I will relax when/if the Schumer session goes well.
He has lost weight noticeably. He also never released his medical history (tho' I must admit I don't see why any candidate should release more than the basics but it's become customary), so who knows what he may have caught earlier.
Uh-oh, I wonder if this might effect his sex life - I mean if he did have a stroke.
here we go. abortion!!!
She just did it again, LMAO!!!!! OHHHHHKAYYYYYY!
Great idea! I have been doing that for years and won't give it up.
It is funny when I have to carry it into the house though. LOL! Somehow a "small" tree winds up being 6ft.
This is a great improvement because a couple of years ago, a small tree was 7 and a half feet. LOL! And oh did I have a fun time getting that up LOL
DiFi is as much of a b**** as Babs Boxer is. I really hate liberals. Here comes the womens right to choose cr*p. ...grrr.
If a state were to set up roadblocks to violate the Insterstate Commerce clause, Peterbilt et al could mount them on the front of the trucks to get the commerce through. There. See how easy?
LOL!
DiFi is, I think, the "best" (most effective) antagonist so far. Leahy was next best. Interesting that DiFi's first line of attack is commerce clause and federalism, under the issue of gun control.
Now she's moving on to Roe, where I think her attack won't be very effective. He's good at explaining his methods and application of legal principle. She's looking for a specific example, which she won't get ;-)
I will read along through the rest of the thread. Thanks to all who comment and report for those of us who can't watch!
Isn't that just so juvenile? I'm suprised she doesn't say "whatever"! LOL
I don't hate them. I just don't respect them and for them that's worse.
They remember Miers.
