Former Virginia Tech quarterback Marcus Vick appears to have run afoul of the law again.
According to WAVY-TV in Hampton Roads, Va., Vick turned himself in to authorities Monday afternoon and is charged with three counts of brandishing a firearm Sunday night. Police say they received a call from the parent of a 17-year-old who said that Vick had pointed a gun at her son and two others during an altercation at a McDonald's parking lot in Suffolk, Va.
Police responded to the scene, interviewed witnesses, and issued three misdemeanor warrants.
Vick is being held on a $10,000 bond. If Vick is convicted, he could face up to a year in jail and a $2,500 fine.

I bet Michael sure is proud of his little hoodlum brother.
Is this man nuts? He has thrown away millions of dollars in the last several weeks.

"I bet Michael sure is proud of his little hoodlum brother."
Marcus will be fine. He has talent, and that will get him out of almost anything. The rules aren't the same for celebrities.
Now if Marcus had the same talent level as Maurice Clarett... well, we know where Mo is now.
I don't know, behavior like this got R Kelly an Image Award.
Some people are very good at screwing up their lives. With this hanging over his head Vick might as well not even show up to the combine, his chances of getting drafted are nil. His best bet will be entering the league as an undrafted free agent going to a team with a major injury bug at QB.
I need to get this thug, er-uh talent a rap contract.
You are probably right, but a few more arrests and he will be skyrocketing up the Raiders draft board. LOL
He and his mother are hurt? Very hurt? Well, I guess that's how the player who had his calf stomped on felt. Hurt. What goes around comes around. This young man had everything laid in his lap and he blew it.
Even the Raiders don't like signing people that will probably be in jail during training camp, jail in February or March is OK but don't miss camp.
Freepers will be riding the fences on this one. On the one hand, it was stupid. OTOH, he could have been showing the gun to run off some thugs who were working him.
He needs a security detail to keep him out of trouble.
I bet Michael sure is proud of his little hoodlum brother.
Michael (a.k.a. "Ron Mexico") isn't exactly a saint either. I think it was Hepatitis C that a woman accused him of giving to her.
The Ravens might put in a strong bid to keep secure their record for most team felonies.
If he doesn't have an agent yet, Texas needs a QB. Because NO ONE is going to take a chance on him in the draft.
I wonder if he drove away from the altercation?
Marcus Vick thinks he can do anything and it won't hurt his stock come draft time. He knows some dumba$$ GM will take him, thinking vick can be reformed. Whoever that GM is will be dead wrong. The Vick family is nothing but a bunch of physicaly talented thugs!!!!!!!
