We have a government department that deals with it in Britain but it got it grossly wrong - it is a mess. Talking to people who are in the situation it still seems to me if they will not pay they somehow get away with it.

It was much better when the courts dealt with it more control on both sides now a ruling is a ruling a little room for maneuver

the problem is that over here- they don't enforce the law....the only ones they actually go after are the ones that DO CARE about adhering to the law...

the scum that work under the table with the illegal aliens- buy their bag of pot every week, etc... they never bother with....

There is no doubt that some men are treated terribly... but if you look around in this country...the kids in the system have a dead beat DAD.......

then you have the cases where if men want custody the have to accuse the mother of being a crack whore to do it... pathetic.. any good father wouldn't do that to their child'e mother..then you have the men that want custody out of pure control and pride- they couldn't tell you the name of the child's teacher- let alone where the doctor or dentist's office is....

messed up world......

and the kids pay the price.....
