Well, in the end, good for you. And the girls. A happy home means a lot. Blessed works well too.
thanks again lawdude--special award time for you.
I am suspect of any thing connected with Frank Church.
Sorry for the late response, my connection is not behaving today.
I use a blind yahoo account for something where I have to leave an e-mail address. I don't get his e-mails anymore. I do try to log on to Opinion Journal in the afternoon at some point and see what he has to say.
Thanks EC congrats on #8 your one post was priceless.
Yes, exactly. She was intimidated by someone and forced to switch her position.
Sorry I was late in posting an answer to you. Another commitment compelled me to leave the thread.
Way to go MNJohnnie and anita. Great stuff. Poor Johnnie, only three posts and he has to win. Other weeks he posts a hundred and can't. ROFLOL
"I thought all applelate court decisions were published. No?"
I don't do appellate work, but I don't think so. I could be wrong.
Three cheers for Rodguy! He did his usual Grade A Plus thorough job of grading the Posts, and coming up with the winners in a timely Fashion while managing to balance his real job in there somewhere. Now for the rest of the story. This week was made more difficult by his fingers being frostbitten from the 50 degree weather down there in the Keys. LOL! It was also hard to use the Keyboard with the three Parka's tightly zippered shut.He HE HE! MnJohnnie eat your heart out, Rodguy will be snowfishing anyday now in Islamorada.
I think I will do just that log on to Opinion Journal and read what he has to say, it is usually excellent.
I do not read them anymore
####
Neither do I, and I used to go there at least daily
The top four posters this week were all very close. You included. Many powerful posts today.Congrats to everyone.
I'll have to double check myself. I am certain every case with opinions issued are published. Not sure, but don't know if there are other circumstances where the court does not issue an opinion. West has an appellate court reporter, which is what I'm basing my opinion on. Lexus and Westlaw carry them as well, I thought.
LOL---what was I thinking...of course, TWO!!
Thanks for posting awards number 7 for me the highest yet - thanks.
Will post awards tomorrow the sandman is catching up with me.
Good night snugs....congratulations...
