I need to do some research. In 2002 Kathryn Jean Lopez of NRO published a statistic that in 2002 more women and teen age girls died per year from abortions gone bad than per year prior to Roe v. Wade. I would like to see the numbers again

Lindsay Graham really took Feinstein to task on that statement -- I thought he did a fine job today. Much more forceful on the judicial issues than he is on other issues (such as NSA leak stuff, torture, etc.).

I think it may have been Brit Hume who said it, but someone was saying Alito will be confirmed. The reason for the opposition at this point is for Democrats to appease their base of special interest groups. Makes sense too since that's where their donors are coming from.
