If you listen, Lofton cites examples where Alito voted down partial-birth abortion bans and restrictions on government funding of abortion.

I listened to the broadcast, and I was stunned at what some of those "conservatives" had to say about Alito. How is it that people can be so deceived? Could it be that some people are just plain blinded by allegiance to the Republican party?

Ruling in favor of abortion and government funding liberal in both the social and the fiscal categories.

Let me get this straight... Republicans have been defending Alito from Democrat attacks and now some Republicans have taken over attacking him? Just trying to keep up, here.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. Are you familiar with Griswold v. Connecticut [381 US 479 (1965)]? That's what is being referred to here.
To: JuneNY; The_Eaglet
Because the "Recovering Republican" invertible turns out to be a closet Leftist who attend the MOveon.org seminar where they were instructed to log onto Conservative websites and spread lies about Republicans concerning fiscal and abortion issues. So which one did you tow attend? The one hosted by Mobey or the one hosted by Mike Moore?

Can you identify any lies rather than just make assertions without any evidence to back up your claims? Which one did you attend?

I read the article on the site you linked to regarding the New Jersey wrongful death suit ruling and Alito.
http://www.theamericanview.com/index.php?id=474&AMVIEWUSER=8b322f7c746d9166880e15657371c80a
This is truly a confusing and technical case but I don't like the way that the site is twisting the argument into a pro-life argument against Alito. It seems very weak at best. Alito as an Appeals judge (not on SCOTUS) was following the legal precedent. On SCOTUS Alito would be in the best position to object to Roe v. Wade.
Also, in the article I read it is very disingenuous to put quotes in paragraphs to make is appear as if Alito said all of the the things in the article. It seems to me that only one quote is definitively attributable to Alito. And even then he is showing some reservation with agreeing 100% with the majority opinion.
Now that I have read this one article carefully I am skeptical as to the other claims being made on this site that you linked to...
