Anybody reporting on the war on terror is a suspect, IMO.
It's been all over the net. Andrea Mitchell asked Risen outright about warrantless wiretapping of Amanpour. The Q&A was on NBC's website - NBC took it down with an interesting explanation.
I say "so what?" Tap 'em all. Reporters are more likely to get tips from bad guys, since bad guys like publicity. Tap the radio and print folks too.
Could have been coordinated between Amanpour and Mitchell ahead of time too - to "create a tangible embodiment" of the issue.
We are unaware if anyone gives a CRAP but we'll hire some union workers or NYT shills to look into it.
Of course she's a mooslime, why else would she wear the headgear?
Let her be paranoid and worry about having her conversations listened to. The fact that no bench warrants were signed shows otherwize, but it makes her feel more important if she thinks they are listening. If they were, and she did say things that needed closer monitoring, they would have got a warrant so it would be admissable in court
So, her statement is a lie. She DOES KNOW that they weren't listening to her conversations. She's just hamming it up for the media and all the tin-hatters out there.

I've started complaining to airports about using CNN solely or exclusively on their TVs in the terminals. Next comes the airlines. Why should I have to sit through all that c.r.a.p.?
