The Navy (Marine Corps) never was a collection of sensitive liberals. HUOOA!!!
Subject: U.S. Navy Directive 16134
The following directive was issued by the commanding officer of a naval installation somewhere in the Middle East, and it was obviously directed at the Marines.
To: All Commands
Subject: Inappropriate T-Shirts
Ref: ComMidEastFor Inst 16134//24 K
"Eat Pork Or Die" [both English and Arabic versions]
"Shrine Busters" [Various. Show burning minarets or bomb/artillery shells impacting Islamic shrines. Some with unit logos.]
"Napalm, Sticks Like Crazy" [Both English and Arabic versions]
"Goat - it isn't just for breakfast any more." [Both English and Arabic versions]
"The road to Paradise begins with me." [Mostly Arabic versions but some in English. Some show sniper scope cross-hairs]
"Guns don't kill people. I kill people." [Both Arabic and English versions]
"Pork. The other white meat." [Arabic version]
"Infidel" [English, Arabic and other coalition force languages.]
"Islamic Religious Services Will Be Held at the Firing Range At 0800 Daily."
"Do we really need 'smart bombs' to drop on these dumb bastards?"
That is funny!
Where can we get those t-shirts?
ping
"The above T-shirts are to be removed from Post Exchanges upon receipt of this directive. "
The Navy and Marine Corps do not have "Post Exchanges." They have NEXs or Navy Exchanges.
How do you give a Marine "sensitivity" training?
ROFL!! I need those T-shirts.
It's fake (but accurate).
I got another good one for t-shirts :
F*** Islam
I wear mine with pride.... ;^)
Except that most of the bases in Iraq are Army posts with all branches serving on them...
Has to be a joke. The 16000 series SSIC code is wrong for uniform regs; it would be in the 1020 series (if memory serves... its' been awhile.)
Good, though!
Have him work on his breath control and trigger squeeze?
I noticed they don't have my "Koran, now in two-ply" T-Shirt on the list, so I'm safe.
Well, that, and I'm not in the Army anymore.

Ever hear of Murtha.
I noticed that too.
I just talked to an Army reservist who confirmed to me this is correct. Same thing went out to the Army.
I'd love to have that shirt!
#5 is clearly BS - the military could never be this succinct.
It's all pretty funny though.
