We all know the court will use this case to try to hamstring blogs.
I wonder if there was actually any monetary damage. I would love to sit on this jury...
Interesting. Clicked on the twincities.com link, and immediately was hit by a popup saying that I should download RegCleaner -- a recognized spyware product.
This is while browsing with FireFox (with AdBlock), MS AntiSpyware, and AVG running.
Subsequent scans aren't showing that it installed anything, however, so maybe they've changed their marketing strategy.
