...If there are serious criminal acts being covered up, then this election could prove to be unlike anything seen before in this country. Would a party guilty of high crimes against the people of Canada willingly go down to defeat running an honourable campaign? Would they restrict themselves to fighting a war of words and ideas when losing power is synonymous with having their crimes exposed, prosecuted and punished? I dont think so. I expect that such a party would have no problem resorting to winning by any means possible, legal or not...

ping the list...
Honorable campaign?
When have the Liberals EVER run an "honorable campaign"?
Every time, it's the same smear-and-fear, anti-West and anti-American bigotry tactics.
It's disgusting.
The semi-totalitarian socialist scum who have seized power in Canada are not going to be easily removed.

LOL!
Semi?
Excellent article!
Through the agency of that sonofab*tch Trudeau and a compliantly smug populace, Canada was transformed into a Party State much like the others that cursed the 20th Century. Luckily, our English traditions have prevented the worst abuses.
Upon a foundation of deceit, treachery, and ambition the Liberal Party twisted our history, perverted our institutions, degraded public life in Canada, and reduced a substantial portion of the people to welfare supplicants.
The co-conspirators who comprise this odious unspeakable regime ought to be driven through the streets with horsewhips.
Upon reflection, I guess I sound a little partisan. ;^)
Simply stated, the very existence of Liberals is a threat to democracy and many other forms of self-determination.
Rather than threatening democracy, I think it opens the door
for a return of democracy - by kicking their skanky Liberal
out of office..
Based on a moronically simple predictor I use- he carries himself better in visuals- video and still pictures.
Martin looks old, flustered, flushed, and frustrated.
And tired.
Mr. Harper presents himself far better, and his family is attractive. The "mushy middle"-- those non-truebelievers who don't decide who to vote for until the last minute- are the ones who swing elections. And the vote for the person they like the most, and they get that direction from what their eyes have seen. It's all in the visual images they process.
My 2 cents, redeemable at the Bluebird Cafe if I'm wrong for grits, eggs, and coffee...
I'll meet you there, and I'm buying!
