On January 4, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. (PST) the Rose Bowl Game will host the BCS National Championship, between USC and Texas once again showcasing the best of collegiate football in "The Granddaddy of Them All."® The Rose Bowl will be broadcast exclusively on ABC and on ESPN radio.
I did my own in the living room.
I'm a FSU fan and undergrad alumn so I know a bit about being a target. We had Univ of Florida fans who would surf the Tallahassee bars on Friday and Saturday nights looking for FSU players to rile up and get in trouble.

Okay.....they're carrying the Texas flag. I guess I'll have to cheer for the SOBs now. *sigh* With apologies to John Wayne.

Always had a soft spot for Texas. Strengely enough the affection has grown in the last five years. Wonder why. ;-)

Rimes up for the anthem. A singer that doesn't butcher it is always a plus.
Most Texas fans (including myself) root for Big 12 teams in the bowl season, because what's good for the conference is good for us, too, such as in recruiting and national rankings. The SEC has known that for years. Now if OU still has that sorry crook Switzer and an outlaw program it might be different, but Stoops is alright.
