Vince is never going to be a good NFL quarterback, and I'll be surprised if he even goes on to be a first-round pick, let alone #1 overall.

Add another minute to the clock and USC would have won.

Yeah, but add three minutes and Texas wins again. Terrific game.

I would pick Vince Young with the number one pick. Not even Mack Brown could stop him. Bush is special, but Vince is Michael Vick with a passing game. Unstoppable.

Congrats to both teams. That was a great game, and, a great victory for Texas. Congrats Longhorns from an admiring Buckeye fan.

I think if USC scores the touchdown instead of Bush throwing the ball to Texas on the lateral play, the rout would have been on.

In a court of law, Bush would have a legitmate claim to assert temporary insanity as a defense.

Describing Bush's antic as obscene doesn't do it justice.

Leinhart acted like a piece of crap. "We're still the better team?" What an effing baby!

Yup. He did.

Leinhart has the chance to be magnanimous in defeat, like the great sportsmen, and instead pulls out the ol' "We woulda won, but..."

No class.

You realize what it took to make this happen?

The VERY FIRST TIME in over 50 years, there was someone sitting in MY SEAT cheering for UT! First time EVER!

Maybe it was Vince, maybe it was ME.

Vince is like McNabb (back when McNabb used to run) except he's clutch.

They clearly should be ranked #2, no other team is close. And yes, USC won a mythical nat'l championship 2 years in a row.

Since the inception of the BCS, it was understood that the BCS champion would be the national champion. If LSU had won the AP and USC won the BCS, no one would have counted LSU's championship.

I like USC, but they are becoming a sacred cow.

Yea, but the players come from places like Abilene, Conroe and Weatherford.

We sandbagged 'em! We had to kiss Trojan ass for a month. Listen to all their Heisman crap. But who made the plays at end? Not Mr. Heisman 2004. Not Mr. Heisman 2005! VINCE YOUNG, BABY. MR. UNSTOPPABLE!!!

This is as good as winning the White House!

Thank you Hollywood and ESPN for dissing our boys and playing all that stupid "best team in college ever" garbage every night on SportsCenter.

Man, this feels great!

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-HAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! Hook EM!!!

Could you imagine Reggie BUsh in the same backfield as Michael Vick????

I can, but sounds like it would be a problem. Can't have two glory-hounds in the same backfield.

Dittohead, Snow Flake, and Bushbot, so what of it?

LOL!!

I actually did want the Cowboys to make the playoffs, though my team is in so I'm waiting to see if they'll get the playoff monkey off their back and win. They'll never have a better path through the playoffs then they do now (SeaHawks).

Both teams were excellent. I don't like comments like Leinhart made. I also don't like the hype about one team over the other considering it was a three point win 38 to 41.

Texas deserved the win. They played an excellent game. So did USC. It's only a game, and I think folks loose sight of that at times.
