On January 4, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. (PST) the Rose Bowl Game will host the BCS National Championship, between USC and Texas once again showcasing the best of collegiate football in "The Granddaddy of Them All."® The Rose Bowl will be broadcast exclusively on ABC and on ESPN radio.
Which Bush? Reggie or George W?
Don't Mess With Texas!
Peck 'em, Owls!
Oops, too late.
Way to go, you guys.
LOL
Hey Diamond, are you off of the USC bandwagon yet?
Now seriously....USC had a great great run. I won't say it won't ever be duplicated, because Miami had a similar run a couple years ago, but USC was dominant for nearly 4 years now.
Congrats. I hope no one has been seriously injured. Pride heals.
USC should have punted.
I still fear a few voters might vote USC #1 - I'm paranoid.
Arrogant ass time.
A Red State!
Young has this gazelle-type slow motion style that reminds me of Randall Cunningham.
HEY!!!! This makes UT National Champs in baseball and football!!!!!
Democrats world-wide are deeply saddened.
I do know. The 2002 NC game was the best ever. This is easily the 2nd best.
Congrats to the State of Texas from a Buckeye fan. I was rooting for you!
Glad Texas won; it's just too bad they did it with blown calls. Won't be a clean win; it will always be referred to as the Ref's victory.
Okay....Vince or Reggie, #1 draft pick???
That was not a bad break by Bush. That was a conscience decision to try to make a play that wasn't there. How many RB's that weren't full of themselves would have tried a play like that in the title game? None that I can think of.
Would more likely have been 30, and given he left only 19 seconds on the board, Texas would not have won.
USC is the new Notre Dame when it comes to the AP. I remember when Notre Dame could lose and still move up in the polls.
