Dr. Zin - I just finished reading Lipstick Jihad and it presented an entirely different perspective about Iran than I'd read before. The author humanized the Iranians and their desires in a way that most Americans can relate to.
Haven't the Russians and the Iranians been working on an oil pipeline for the future? Or, am I mistaken?

I'll have to try those; our library has one of them.
The Kite Runner was one of the best books I've ever read. It was a novel but the author admits that a lot of it was autobiographical.
