Pan fried potatoes and onion
Turnip greens
We'll be staying close to home in order to keep an eye out for any fireworks being set off in the area. Normally we don't pay them any heed but as dry as it is this year it wouldn't take but a spark to destroy a large number of homes.

Your New Year's Day Menu sounds delicious! We're also staying close to home for the same reason you are. I'm praying that the Lord will send North Texas and Souther Oklahoma some much needed rain.
