The news I heard this morning was that Justice was going to investigate the NSA leak. Briefly mentioned later was the news that Justice turned it over to FBI Counter Espionage Unit.

Oh...I did hear that...from Sevenofnine. It was supposedly on FNC but I was listening to Tony Snow at the time and didn't have the TV going. Isn't this a good thing? I hope they find out who did it and it's Ted Kennedy or John Kerry! LOL!
