U.S. District Judge James Robertson, one of 11 members of the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, sent a letter to Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. late Monday notifying him of his resignation without providing an explanation.The MSM said he resigned in protest but I think there is more to the story. Should get interesting.

A constitutional lawyer was just on Fox News. He said regardless of being a whisle-blowere who ever revealed the information to the NYT should be very afraid because they could be serving a very long time in prison.
Said that a whisleblower statue does not supersede the documents he had to sign to see the top secret information.
