Do you think Patrick Henry would have had any problem with the interception of British mail or dispaches during the Revolutionary War? Do you really believe, were he alive today, that he would object to Bush using his authority to protect this nation from foreign attack? If you do, you're living in kookooland.

First of all, only a fool would believe that domestic spying is being limited to international communication. Secondly, most so-called "conservatives" here wouldn't have a problem if the NSA tapped every single phone in America.

Is there anything the government shouldn't be allowed to do in the name of "national security"?
