Do you think Patrick Henry would have had any problem with the interception of British mail or dispaches during the Revolutionary War? First of all, only a fool would believe that domestic spying is being limited to international communication. Secondly, most so-called "conservatives" here wouldn't have a problem if the NSA tapped every single phone in America.
Is there anything the government shouldn't be allowed to do in the name of "national security"?
