Do you really believe, were he alive today, that he would object to Bush using his authority to protect this nation from foreign attack? If you do, you're living in kookooland.
First of all, only a fool would believe that domestic spying is being limited to international communication. Secondly, most so-called "conservatives" here wouldn't have a problem if the NSA tapped every single phone in America.
Is there anything the government shouldn't be allowed to do in the name of "national security"?

To many here the answer is "no"; of course unless it is a liberal government.
People that want security above the constitution should go live in a country that has no constitution and see how secure the people there are.

And in ignoring my question, you've handed me the match. Your's is a thought world of one-dimensional slogans and paranoic rhetoric. Though there may be acts the government might commit, even during wartime, to which I would raise strong protest, we are a universe away from witnessing any of these during this war under President Bush.

1. The NSA isn't tapping phones. They are way, way beyond that.
2. You're a little paranoid, eh?
