Shield Laws do not include those who reveal information on National Security.

Oh, so now they are using the BUSH tactic - not commenting on an ongoing investigation! This is SOP. This is what your lawyer would tell you

Of course...it'll be really a hard thing for the dembos to wriggle out of this one...How sweet it is when a few rat congresscritters resign for family reasons.
W's got 'em...rope-a-dope...he fired over their bows the day he had a televised radio address...not a smart thing to get W pissed off...

Time to dust off the Treason statutes and fry this a-hole leakers and msm that cater to them.
My monies on Valerie Plame leaking the info, or even Richard Clark the sef rightous a-hole that flopped as a Bush Basher.

He might just wait until after.

You're right -- one was just on Fox squealing like a stuck pig about how this came on a Friday before a three day holiday and calling the timing suspicious.
Well, that is #2 on the list of 3 standard Dim responses:
1. It's Bush's fault;
2. I find the timing suspicious;
3. TDiDS (Tom Daschle is deeply saddened).*
*Of course, now it's DHRiDS (Dingy Harry Reid is deeply saddened).

Dem senators do seem to think they are above the law. A certain Mass. senator comes to mind. The rich DO have a different justice system, don't they.

The Espionage Act states that any person who knowingly discloses data they know to be classified is subject to a fine of $10,000 and/or jail up to 10 years for each disclosure.No, that's not what the Espionage Act says. But if you think it does, please provide the specific citation from the U.S. Code.
I almost wish you were correct, because the orginal Espionage Act of 1917 would put the entire staff and management of the Slimes and ComPost into Leavenworth for the next 10 years.

Good morning.
"OK, so what exactly is Frog marched?"
If it's the Froggie Foreign Legion, it is a slow march to the beat of a song about blood sausage.
If it's a leftist swine, it involves being marched off to court in shackles with the assistance of stern faced marshals while the cameras are rolling.
We can only hope, eh.
