[history]
Faced with angry complaints, U.S. officials defended an anti-terrorism program yesterday that secretly tested radiation levels around the country ... and insisted that no one was targeted because of his or her faith.
One official knowledgeable about the program explained that Muslim sites were included because al Qaeda terrorists were considered likely to gravitate to Muslim neighborhoods or mosques while in the United States.

Let's see 19 Muslim's attack the U.S. and kill 3,000 on 9/11. Why exactly is there a problem with focusing investigations on Muslim's?

Better yet, what's their problem with testing the air? You drive down a road and take "air samples". So what "rights" were violated? Leftists are idiots!

The scandal is if they didn't investigate people because they are Muslims.

... al Qaeda terrorists were considered likely to gravitate to Muslim neighborhoods or mosques while in the United States.Too funny! I guess we should just ignore this gravitational attraction and look for AQ terrorists in churches and synagogues. Will the PC crap ever end?
To: DJ MacWoW
The problem actually is LACK of enough radiation, by several hundred orders of magnitude, at the mosques in some particular countries we all know and love:-)

The first places that ought to be checked and continuously monitored are: any place where Muslims congregate in the U.S., including, especially, each and every mosque. Such surveillance measures to continue until such time as the last Muslim has departed the United States.
Sure hope this doesn't sound politically incorrect...

We'll stop targeting Muslims when they slither back into their sand piles and stop attacking us.

Faced with angry complaints... Someone needs to tell the Muzzies that the U.S. Constitution is not a suicide pact for Americans. If the Muzzies don't like us checking their rats nests for radiation, they can always go back to where they came from.

The real issue here is that the Washington Post's printing facilities in Springfield, VA were tested.
There's a reason for that.

The Washington Post is different. The whole institution has gone over the edge and must be considered to be an enemy combatant.
The people at the New York Times, in contrast, are, for the most part, merely mentally ill or suffering from accute alcohol poisoning.
