Oklahoma authorities today arrested the porn actress accused of plying a 15-year-old De Anza High School student with sex and drugs last summer. Genevieve Elise Silva, 20, was arrested by Kiowa County sheriff's deputies about 9 a.m. at a house in Roosevelt, Okla., said Richmond detective Sgt. Mitch Peixoto. Richmond police knew for some time where she stayed but needed to work out some extradition issues with local authorities prior to her arrest. Silva was sought on a $10,000 arrest warrant on suspicion of rape using a controlled substance, statutory rape and detaining or concealing a child. An extradition hearing in an Oklahoma court was scheduled for this afternoon. "Because his victimization involved sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll, people have varying opinions about how seriously this child was victimized," said Lt. Mark Gagan. "This is a 15-year-old who has lost 40 pounds and spent Christmas at a drug rehabilitation center far from his family ... this is not what we want for our 15-year-olds."

Rock and roll? When did they pass a law against that?
"Sex, drugs and rock n'roll" has been a catch phrase for partying since the 60's. The music was part of the lure not part of the crime.
Article doesn't say whether the kid already had a habit before he met Silva or not. Given the back ground I would assume so.
Nice sensationalism, but doesn't sound like the family cared about the poor kid to begin with. I'd say the parents deserve the charge more than Silva.
She left him in California with her ex. This "ex" is doing all the heavy lifting parenting so I prefer to call him the dad. The Silvas took him to OK. Some say the mom knew but she wasn't the legal guardian and evidently she didn't get word to the dad .
So more than likely the ex was prolly strict (as needed with a 15yo boy) and that's why the kid ran. Told his mom, who didn't care one way or the other.

Both loser moms need to be charged.
Porn actress?
Young girls do prostitution at 14-15 year-old, and would just as soon do stuff in front of a camera at the same age. That does not make her a "porn actress", even if she is in some "movie" with some scumbag holding a $200 video camera.
This is a girl who liked sex and drugs--she is not a "porn actress".
Evidently that was her own claim to fame. She promoted herself as such.
She IS a porn actress. Do a google search and you'll find some links to her videos. Another product of brain-addled parents who let their daughters dress like whores, and a public school system that gives out condoms and refuses to make moral judgements.
You're supposed to add the standard disclaimer, "Not that there's anything wrong with that."
Boy they must do a lot with makeup and lighting or else they don't sell many videos.....
