Oklahoma authorities today arrested the porn actress accused of plying a 15-year-old De Anza High School student with sex and drugs last summer. Genevieve Elise Silva, 20, was arrested by Kiowa County sheriff's deputies about 9 a.m. at a house in Roosevelt, Okla., said Richmond detective Sgt. Mitch Peixoto. Richmond police knew for some time where she stayed but needed to work out some extradition issues with local authorities prior to her arrest. Silva was sought on a $10,000 arrest warrant on suspicion of rape using a controlled substance, statutory rape and detaining or concealing a child. An extradition hearing in an Oklahoma court was scheduled for this afternoon. "Because his victimization involved sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll, people have varying opinions about how seriously this child was victimized," said Lt. Mark Gagan. "This is a 15-year-old who has lost 40 pounds and spent Christmas at a drug rehabilitation center far from his family ... this is not what we want for our 15-year-olds."

The 20 year old needs help, too. Hopefully this will be her wakeup call.
Merry Christmas.
Indeed.
Let me guess, she was just staying long enough to get her teaching certificate??
Why did the kid run away in the first place? And shouldn't Silva's mom be charged as well? Wasn't she an accompice if she let the kid stay there?
Oh, if only I'd had a pornstar when I was fifteen...He should have shut up and not ruined it for the other boys...lucky bastard! / male equivocation
You won! Like minds and all that. ;)
"Porn actress bound..."
There's a joke in there somewhere. Hmm.
Somehow this is not sinking in. "This is a 15-year-old who has lost 40 pounds and spent Christmas at a drug rehabilitation center far from his family ... this is not what we want for our 15-year-olds."
He has somewhat of an odd homelife. Living with his stepdad (legal guardian) and his wife. His mom is in Texas somewhere and not able to care for him. His biological dad?...nobody around here seems to know about him. The kid has problems with authority and his parents had problems with him, the usual problem. Having this teenage flop house near his home was no help. Silva's mom is a work of art and should bear some responsibility.
nudge nudge & a ;)
Interesting there's not a word that her little brother was the "victim's" best friend and that's why the mother let him go out of state to live with the family. The mother knew the whole time where he was. Sounds like both the mother and the boy were already screwed up and absent/divorced/whatever dad finally stepped up to the plate.
You don't realize this but that picture is of a 16 year old minor. She had just got her driver's license circa 2000. Things went downhill from there.
Clueless envy ...
If Genevieve were a public school teacher she could have been suspended with pay until the district found her a new place to work.
I think in California serving a couple of formative years in the porn "business" is mandatory, right? Unless of course you are wealthy. Then you can pay for someone else to serve for you.
LOL. California is a mess. The kids, OMG.
I take it you're speaking of the boy's mom in Texas? Guess she had no way of knowing that Silva and Silva's mom were untrustworthy. The Silva family is known to me. Our now 15 yo's attended the same elementary school. They have always been pretty liberal but the mom and sister took it to new levels recently.
According to other news sources, the drugs she provided included Extacy and crystal meth. Maybe the kid had a pre-existing habit - maybe she's the one who goy him started - I don't know, but personally I'd beat the living sh!t out of any person who gave my kid hard drugs - this female creep included. She'd be starring in "Toothless Co-eds 2005"
I hope she does time.
