Follow That Car

The tantrum with which Secretary General Annan greeted the now famous question about the missing Mercedes Benz tells us a lot about the tensions that are building at the United Nations. The question was lodged at a press conference by one of the best reporters in the U.N. press room, James Bone of the London Times. Mr. Annan, normally a mild-mannered, suave operator, lashed out at Mr. Bone, calling him "cheeky" and "an overgrown schoolboy," and accused him of being "an embarrassment" to journalism - upon which the august editorial page of the Wall Street Journal promptly invited Mr. Bone to relate the backstory.

The Mercedes Benz,

[snip] ....described as a "sporty green" Jeep-type vehicle, is missing somewhere in Africa, and Mr. Annan, his son Kojo, and their army of spokesmen and lawyers, just don't seem to want to answer questions about: What happened to that car? Who owns it? Where is it parked?

Yep. With the billions of dollars UN officials steal to line their own pockets, what's a $70,000 G-wagen here and there?

a hint of what our world will be like in the next decade when America will be in EU type alliance with Mexico and Canada..and the appointed (not Elected elites) rule over the common man.
Watch for UN taxing authority on internet or international travel or sea trade..just a few things that are coming unless we kick out the OWG types in office today -who are the majority of both our major parties with MR BUSH who will not enforce our borders as a prime example.

Kofi Annan is a crook who has been playing the American taxpayers like fiddles. The Oil-for-Food program and a grabfest, and that aside the US funds about 30% of the UN Budget so this creep can tell us we didn't give enough to Indonesia after the Tsunami or that the US and/or Israel are on the wrong side of every issue. Heh Kofi, Screw!
