GREEN RIVER, Wyo. - A quote in a fake news release that was intended as an April Fool's joke ended up in a front-page story in the Los Angeles Times. The story in Tuesday's editions of the Times noted how successful the reintroduction of wolves had been 10 years ago, but said the predators remained controversial.
"In Wyoming, for example, Gov. Dave Freudenthal last April decreed that the Endangered Species Act is no longer in force and that the state 'now considers the wolf as a federal dog,' unworthy of protection," the story read.
The Times printed a correction Wednesday, acknowledging that the news release was a hoax.

The Internet *is* inaccurate as a source- if one lacks critical thinking skills and neglects to do one's verification homework.

My thoughts exactly. The wolf is a federal dog unworthy of protection. The predator has thrived at the cost of its prey including nearby cattle and sheep ranchers. Beyond giving some visiting tourist a glimpse of a wolf in the wild, nobody can cite one tangible benefit of reintroducing wolves to Wyoming.

This reminds me of my idea to ridicule the left for their abortion stand. Here's what we do:
1-Outfit an RV-type vehicle as a first-class mobile animal abortion clinic.
2-Then you set traps for wolves.
3-When you trap a pregnant female wolf, abort the baby wolves in a the mobile clinic in a medically safe procedure and then release the animal back into the wild. 4-Wait for liberals to get news of this and laugh like crazy at their angry shrills about killing innocent and defenseless wolves. I guaran-damn-tee you they'd be more upset about this than they are about aborting humans.
